Refund policy
Each Shirts Frenzy tee is printed just for you, on demand. There's no warehouse, no inventory, no stack of unsold mediums waiting to swap. That keeps designs fresh and our footprint small — but it also means our return policy works a little differently than a typical clothing store.
What we can't accept returns for
- Sizing changes. Please use the size chart on every product page before ordering. We use the Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex tee — it runs true to size; size up if you want a relaxed fit.
- Change of mind / buyer's remorse. Once a tee is printed, it can't be re-sold to anyone else.
- Color variation between screen and tee. Every monitor renders color a little differently. We pick palettes that are forgiving, but minor variation between what you see online and what arrives is normal for print-on-demand.
- Wash-related issues from incorrect care. Inside-out, cold wash, low-tumble dry. The care tag has the full instructions.
What we replace at no charge
- Damaged in transit — torn, stained, or otherwise unusable on arrival.
- Misprinted — wrong colors, off-center print, faded ink, or other quality issues caused by us or our print partner.
- Wrong size or wrong design shipped — our error, our fix.
How to request a replacement
- Email info@shirtsfrenzy.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (the whole tee, plus a close-up of the problem area).
- We'll review and ship a free replacement within 3–5 business days of approval. You don't need to ship the original back — keep it, donate it, use it as a paint rag.
Sizing guidance
- Blank: Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex tee. True-to-size; mid-weight cotton.
- Size chart is on every product page — check the chest/length measurements against a tee you already own and love.
- When in doubt, size up. Streetwear runs relaxed; a half-size up rarely disappoints.
