Shipping policy

Shirts Frenzy ships across North America at launch — Canada and the United States. International shipping is on the roadmap; subscribe to the newsletter at the bottom of any page if you want to be notified when we expand.

Where we ship from

Canadian orders usually ship from our Toronto print partner, and US orders from US-based print partners — chosen to keep transit times short.

Customs and duties

Because we print on demand, some colors and sizes are stocked only on one side of the border. If you order one of those, it ships cross-border (US → Canada, or Canada → US) so we can still fulfill it. Cross-border shipments can occasionally attract customs or import duties — any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We don’t mark up shipping and we don’t collect duties on anyone’s behalf; if a fee applies, the carrier collects it directly.

Delivery window

Most orders arrive within 10–14 days from the day you order. Because every tee is printed on demand, that window includes:

  • 2–5 days in the print queue
  • 5–9 days in transit (varies by your location)

You’ll receive a tracking number by email the moment your tee leaves the print partner. Cross-border orders (see above) can land at the longer end of that range.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free. There’s no separate shipping charge at checkout — we build delivery into the product price, so the price you see is the price you pay, anywhere we ship in Canada and the United States.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, email info@shirtsfrenzy.com with your order number and photos (for damage). We replace damage and misprints at no charge — see our Returns & Exchanges policy for details.

Address changes

We can update your shipping address before the print queue picks up your order — usually within the first 2 hours after you order. After that, the address is locked at the print partner. Contact us as soon as possible if you spot a typo.
